Daily Skin Care


The first step of skin care is to keep it clean

How to do it:

Wash your face with fresh water.

Use minimum make-up

Try to use organic or home made remedies like;

Papaya- retains the glow of the skin.
Honey- it can be used for face mask
Cucumber or potato slices- for getting rid of dark circles

 Lemon and sugar mixture for scrubbing,

Sea Salt is also recommended for the above purpose, followed by Essential Oils of a good brand. This helps to rejuvenate the body.

Avoid oil and excess fats in your diet. Try and eat healthy food.
Try to include pulses green veggies, medium protein and minimal starch in your diet.


Always use sunscreen lotions before going out. Wear sunglasses in order avoid wrinkles and keep wet tissues in your bag to wipe off excess sweat.
After sun lotion is recommended to use after you get home.



Avoid caffeine. Instead, you can drink lemon juice or Green Tea.
Eat almonds and walnuts. It enhances the glow of the skin and hair.

Eight- ten hours of sleep is important.
Before that it is necessary to clean your face.

Before sleep, it is necessary to take a warm bath with Essential Oil.

You can even use a body pack with olive oil, milk and lemon.
If kept in fridge, it can be used for two-three days..

Use mild night cream.

NOTE: SUNSCREEN LOTION, DAY CREAM and NIGHT CREAM must be of the same brand and in accordance to your skin type.



Avoid stress and always keep smiling!!
